What forms do YOU need?

All returning pack members do NOT need to complete new registration forms. HOWEVER, Council requires every single person on a pack campout to submit a health form (parts A and B, found in Links section at left).  An immunization record is part of this form, as well as proof of insurance.  Please don't put this one off.

Anyone new to our pack must complete a youth application and the aforementioned health forms.

Soon, dues will be determined by the committee and will be payable by check, cash, paypal, or credit card.
